Doctor verifies identification marks of actor Dhanush in parentage case Actor Dhanush on Tuesday appeared before the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court in connection with a parentage case. A government doctor verified the identification marks on his body. As directed, the Madurai Medical College (MMC) Dean submitted a report in a sealed cover. The petition was adjourned to March 2. In his petition, Dhanush alias Dhanush K Raja, from T Nagar in Chennai, said the couple – R Kathiresan (65) and K Meenakshi (53), residents of Melur in Madurai – had filed a private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur, claiming that he was their son and failed to provide them maintenance. But, it was completely false as his parents were director Krishnamoorthi alias Kathuri Raja, who directed his first film Thulluvatho Ilamai, and Vijayalakshmi.
